Can you have icandy apple carrycot with a buggy board?

I have an iCandy Apple carrying case, and asks whether it is possible to use it on a buggy board for my 2 years old. I know it can be used equipped with a pram seat, but not sure if are still room for a child if I have the bag, for my newborn.
